Building a Political Tech Go-To-Market Strategy

As a newly launched AI-powered CRM platform built for Members of Parliament (MP) and parliamentary teams, the challenge was building trust and visibility from the ground up within a highly niche audience. Alongside driving early sign-ups, the brand needed a complete identity (logo & brand colours) and a joined-up launch strategy across digital channels, founder visibility, events & sales collateral. 

OUR APPROACH

Go-to-market strategy built for platform branding and visibility

Pre-launch, the foundations of the brand were built, including visual identity development, website setup, sales collateral (brochure & postcards), brand film production, and launching channels across LinkedIn and YouTube. Visibility and communications were then built around the launch through founder and company content, press coverage in The House magazine, and two intimate events with the ICP, parliamentary staffers and MPs, designed to introduce the platform directly.

Within three months, the launch strategy helped establish early visibility for the platform across a highly niche parliamentary audience. Digital visibility strategies generated over 300 unique visitors to the website, a 300% increase in followers across the founder’s page and 10,000 LinkedIn impressions. Direct engagement at events with 25+ MPs and parliamentary staffers helped build early awareness and credibility around the platform.
